We loved staff and rooms of the hotel. Comfortable beds, a safe, a mini fridge bar and a dining area in the room. It was light, we spent 3 nights. The pool was clean.

Efficient location, light rooms, American breakfast available. Fairly large suite and soft bed. Lovely interior, pleasant restaurant. It made my trip to Tulum an awesome experience.

Delicious breakfasts plus very careful staff - very very good stay. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Panoramic view and cosmetics and body wash in the bathroom.

All in all, it was great place for traveling to Tulum. The room we had included climate control, a coffeemaker and a hairdryer.

my favorite hotel in tulum, the staff was superbly friendly. plenty of tasty food for meals. it was easy to get wheelchair accessible room and that's great. the garden was a big plus. also, free wi-fi worked throughout the property.
